About my blog
As a kid, I wrote poetry, song lyrics, and endless stories. Then in my teens, I took a course in creative writing. The instructor of that course – a published author herself – stopped me one afternoon and said she believed I could get my writing published. The result was 30-plus years of writer’s block. I’m pleased to have retrieved my creativity and begun writing again.
Topics will be far-ranging. Some posts will be structured, or I may just ramble. I imagine there will be more than one rant. So browse, read and feel free to comment. Let me know if a piece grabs you, and let me know what just doesn’t work. If you want to include a rewritten section in your reply, that would be great too.
With your help, I hope to convince the Writing Muse that her decision to grace my life with her presence was the write one, and to become a better writer in the process.
